The court heard that bothWilson and ImnetuWilson and Imnetuhad been attending the carnival earlier in the evening before encountering each other outside theDr Power restaurantDr Power restaurantonQueensway.Queensway.The sequence of events leading to thefatal assaultfatal assaultwas recorded in graphic detail onsecurity cameras.security cameras.The footage showedWilson approaching ImnetuWilson approaching Imnetuand, without warning, delivering aheadbutt.headbutt.
He then proceeded to strike the victim multiple times, landing at leastfive punchesfive punchesbefore Imnetu collapsed to the ground. As Imnetu knelt, Wilson continued his assault, raining furtherpunches on his headpunches on his headbefore pausing momentarily. In a separate message, when asked about his time at the carnival, Wilson admitted:
